Manufacturing Facility :
The manufacturing facilities of KAPADIYA EXPO COMPANY based at Mahuva, in the state of Gujarat a western part of India.
Our Fully equipped section is Spices, Herbs & Extract, Fresh & Dehydrated Fruit and Vegetables, Oils & Oils Seeds, Tea & Coffee, Pluses & Grains. Each machine and apparatus used for the processing of our products are kept in a proper condition and cleaned regularly to ensure that the processing takes place under hygienic conditions. our all section has facility to produce OEM, Private labelling and contract Production, we have many national and international customer having their valued brand production in our facility since many times.
Today we have AIR DRYER / FREEZE DRIED / SORTEX / METAL DETECTION / MEGNATE MACHINE / GRADING MACHINE / STEAM STERILISER / ETO / PACKING MACHINE and LABORATORY for analysis of each batch or lot.

We make inhouse and third-party chemical, microbiological and Heavy metal analysis for insure each lot before dispatch. We have never encountered any disputes regarding quality of our products and we take it as an achievement equal to having certificates from institutes who certify our quality.
We are committed to customer’s satisfaction through hygiene Quality and consistent supply of product in time. We also provide third party certification such as SGS, GEO-CHEM or any other reliable agency of customer.

We have defined Standard Testing Procedures for analysis of our products, to ensure the replicable results every time, Our Quality Assurance Team ensures strict regulatory compliance at every stage of processing.
To carry out all the necessary tests, our laboratory has been equipped with a number of sophisticated technologies. We also closely associated with the best laboratories in India and we timely send our sample for detailed analysis to laboratories for research purpose to maintain quality, standard, and specification.
